Data Wrangling

• Prepared an automated solution which scrapes and transforms financial data from the European Central Bank’s (ECB) website and makes them internally available to the financial department.

• Resolved a GDPR breach by analyzing and contrasting internal data logs with consent data using Python. Assessed the scope of the GDPR breach and reimported flagged files. 


GTM Tracking Template

Designed and created an Exponea tracking template for Google Tag Manager. Assessed legal and financial impacts of the solution and deployed the solution to GTM.


Scoping and Implementation

Architected a solution whereby information would be exchanged between Exponea and a 3rd party software provider in order to generate personalised product recommendations. Created a detailed SOW covering both the high level overview of the integration as well as the low level details concerning the format of the data while accounting for technical and commercial constraints. Further adjusted business assets to reflect the newly obtained data.


Advanced Troubleshooting

Investigated and troubleshooted email marketing campaign which resulted directly in a five-figure weekly revenue increase for the client and has salvaged the company's relationship with the client with a consequent license renewal and a consultancy

upsell. 


Introduction of new Development Framework

Identified the MJML framework as a suitable tool for the designing of email templates. Brought use of this framework into the company, created respective onboarding materials and introduced others to its use.
